The Advanced Leadership Training program is a project of the National Association of Counties. Its director was looking for a new identity to express more of a classical approach to education (she was unhappy with the apple logo it was using previously). We went through about 30 iterations before settling on the gray-trimmed design with the multi-hued Ionic column.
