Computer-based training is a noble endeavor in that it helps to provide a way for people to learn who might otherwise not have access to the contents of a course or training program. Unfortunately, CBT is often synonymous with ugly. In the project that I was asked to participate in last year for the National Association of Counties (NACo), I tried to provide a high standard for the programmer to follow and create graphics that accompanied the template we worked out. The project was ultimately well-received by the client. Click for a few of the screen shots, below, or go to the active site.
