My next-door neighor is a very talented general contractor who decided to venture out on his own. He needed a simple brochure to help market his services. I created this nice leave-behind with colorful images and a clean logo for him in less than four hours. It was designed to be printed in full-color at Kinko's for a convenient and inexpensive solution to his needs.
