Capitol Hill Studio will never try to sell your soul to an e-mail list somewhere in Duluth, even if we were technically savvy enough to know how. Our purpose in creating this site was to provide a positive home for the work of Kevin Palmer, not to develop bad business practices that only help to dissuade a user from coming back. Thus, I will never stalk you and sell your secrets to your friends.

The only thing that this site may do, on occasion, is track the number of people visiting and the kind of platform they're using. And the only reason I might do this is to learn more about the users and how to make the page more beneficial to them in terms of layout and user-friendliness.
